Last night I got to hear from my daughter I miscarried 11 years ago through a medium, Kamela Hurley on TikTok (go follow her and watch her live readings she does most evenings!!!)

In the reading she told me my daughter loves listening to music with me and if I want to feel connected to her, listen to music I was listening to a lot during that time.

Just so happens I have a full playlist on Spotify of the music I was listening to in that era, so on my drive back to Virginia this evening I told her she’s the DJ and she’s showing me the songs she loves.

She’s here with me in the car jamming out and I feel her in the passenger seat.

So far she’s played a lot of First Aid Kit, 311, Eminem and Mumford and sons.

Having Jack in France these past couple of weeks has been a dream come true. Due to the divorce, I wasn’t allowed to bring him for a full year. It was worth the wait 🥹

My new office for the summer 🥹 Don’t hate it!

I flew to France last minute so we can have an easier time moving out of our rental this week and to the next (and last) rental we will have before we finally move into our new house. I’m so happy I did. I just arrived yesterday and we’re already having the best time 🥹 Love being with my person in my happy place 💗💗💗💗

And so happy to spend a few extra days at this rental, I wasn’t supposed to see it again! 🙏🏻

I took a trip down to Aruba to support my girl at her workshop this week and I’m sooo glad I did!! First time shooting in 3 years and what a great way to get back into it! 😍😍😍

I’ve been waiting for more than 4 years to hear the call. The one that lets me know it’s time to move forward, to create, to share my gifts with the world again.

On the full moon in Sagittarius last week, I received the divine inspiration and download like a lightning strike ⚡️

It’s time. A new season is here. Your creativity will be refueled. You will draw energy from people you work with and share your gifts with. It’s time to build something from the ashes, something beautiful, something that will inspire both yourself and others who look to you.

And so the seed was planted.

And today I spent the day mapping out my future studio / gym / pool house on the empty lot I own next to my house.

I was never sure what exactly I wanted to do with this land but I knew I needed it and that one day, it would be time to use it to create something magical.

The day has come!

First level will be a full gym with sliding doors that open all the way out to the pool for an indoor/outdoor feel. A closet, a wet bar, a beautiful bathroom with a sauna and soaking tub will also be there and also open up to the pool.

Second level will be my shooting space with a full designer kitchen and two bedrooms and a big closet for storage (1 being an office for now).

And on top of that - a rooftop deck if we can swing it 😍

To say I’m excited and feeling alive again is an understatement. Cannot WAIT to see this come alive and to share this process with all of you!

How do you differentiate yourself and your business in an over-saturated market?

By being YOURSELF!!! Stop trying to appeal to *everyone*. Stop suppressing parts of yourself to try to get your audience to like you.

The best way to attract your ideal client, the people whom you’ll LOVE working with is to be fully and unapologetically yourself. Talk about your personal interests. Let your light shine!

When we allow ourselves to be ourselves, it’s like turning on the lights in a house to let people know you’re home and they can come up to the door! No one will even try if the house is dark and looks like no one lives there.

Talk about and share things that resonate with you, things that you love, things that inspire and excite you. This is how you’ll find your people!

And don’t worry if you see people leave you spaces once you really dig in. We repel the ones who aren’t meant for us and attract the ones who are ✨

Imagine if I never talked about spirituality, manifesting, or.. MONEY! Because I was scared it would push some people away. We literally would not have this amazing space 🥲

For so many years I dreamed of flying First Class 🥹 Now I almost never fly anything else.

It took years of hard work, paying off $500,000 in debt and managing my money extremely well to get here.

Never. Going. Back. ✈️ 🥂 I earned this s**t 💪🏻

This speaks to me SO much. A lot of people think that I am a fearless adventurer because of how much traveling I have done, especially on my own.

The truth is I fake it super hard - traveling scares me and makes me super anxious usually but I PUSH myself to do things that scare me because regret is more terrifying to me.

I am constantly pushing myself out of my comfort zones because I don't want to stand still, I want to fly.

I challenge you to try and do the same. It is always worth it ❤️

When you feel “stuck” in life or business, ask yourself when the last time you went for a long walk was. 🤔

Movement is not only good for your physical well-being but *especially* your mental well-being and your energy!

Energy needs movement.

Go for a walk, do some yoga, or throw some weights around in the gym.

Whatever you do and however you can… MOVE! 💗✨ You’ll feel so much better.

It’s hardest at the beginning of your journey in entrepreneurship when the only person clapping for you is yourself.

Slow and steady… be so good they can’t ignore you 👏🏻

If you allow yourself to become still enough to hear the whispers of your soul, there you will find the answers you seek. And if you have the courage to listen to those whispers and act upon them… your life can unfold in the most magnificent ways ✨

I always knew I would one day live in France. The thought never left my mind… and now I know why. When the opportunity finally presented itself, there was no other option but to say YES!!!!! And when it’s meant to be, the doors will fly open for you 🥹

Nobody tells you how long it takes to look and feel like yourself again after having a baby. For me it’s taken 2 whole years.
