Ruth's new favorite! JAPANESE CEVICHE
salmon, octopus, diced red onion, jalapeno on crispy won ton chips. Best thing about this dish - the mix pairs so well with our house made truffle aioli! yumm.
This isn't on the menu yet, but it will be this summer :)

Have you tried our YELLOWTAIL CARPACCIO?
paired with jalapeno + black tobiko and our house made cilantro sauce! It looks pretty and tastes like heaven too.
