Electrical preventative maintenance

Are your plugs and switches in your house over 25 years old? Plugging things in and the plug being loose and wobbly can create immense heat! Switch not working on occasion? A wire can be corroded, loose or the switch is worn out which can cause arcing.

Is your electrical panel over 30 years old? that means your breakers with each having important moving parts inside of them probably havent been exercised in over 10,000 days! Maybe its not worth trusting a 30 year old breaker to shut off when the circuit is overloaded.

Ever have someone come and do an overall check on your homes electrical system to find any improper connections, corroding connections that can cause burning/fire?

Are your circuit breakers sized properly according to the wire feeding from it into the house?

House wiring made of metal armored cable that looks really old or k**b and tube? We recommend this wiring be replaced which can be from 50 to over 100 years old!

This post is by no means to cause fear, but electrical fires most certainly do happen and can be prevented with preventative maintenance measures. Recommending changes to parts 25-100 years old is definitely a reasonable recommendation

Everything included including a premium Cummins generator for only approximately 15% the cost of a whole house generator with installation. Its really a no brainer, it adds that value right to your home and you get to enjoy the upgrade in the meantime!

The only luxury you lose is that it doesnt turn on/off itself and you wont have air conditioning and other 240 volt appliances but if you have gas appliances theres really no point!

Most of our electrical panel replacements are purchased because of water entering the panel either entering from inside the cable itself usually from the sun cracking the cable or trickling down the outside of the jacket and water sealing not being done properly or from being worn out. Get your electrical service looked at to ensure all wires are making a good connection, proper breakers have been installed (we almost always find one that’s improperly sized, usually multiple) and that water and any ways that water can get in we can seal up before any damage is done!

With it getting darker much earlier its recessed light season!

For all of 2024 get your house generator ready when getting your electrical service replacement for only $950! All you have to do is buy a power inlet generator(approximately $1200 for a good one) and you are turn key ready for generator power! All gas appliances will work, internet if available, all plugs, lights and the microwave! Only approximately $2,150 for your house to have an alternative power source during an outage! Much more reasonable than whole house generators that are approximately 15-20 thousand!

FULL TIME: Fully paid zero dollar deductible PPO blue cross blue shield health insurance

FULL TIME: 120 hours PTO.

FULL TIME: adjustable schedule. Need a certain day off a month from now and just want to switch days instead of take paid time off? Lets try and make that happen if we can.

FULL TIME: 7.5 percent 100 percent matching retirement

FULL TIME: 4 day work week. 3 days off in a row unless working overtime.
