Recap from the Long Wedding! Rachel and John had a wonderful reception at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem. From cocktail hour to last song, the energy was right! Rachel and John did something super cool to honor their parents…they added a feature to have their parents dance with them to the parent’s wedding song 😮 🤯 AMAZING! Such a great way to honor them and a beautiful gesture. During dinner tables were buzzing. The energy was high and they were ready to dance! And dance they did! All ages were on the dance floor. Quick little recap from The Ackerson Wedding. Alexis & Hunter, and their friends and family were so awesome! They came to party and party they did. They chose the right location, the right vendors, and especially the right DJ 😎. I love it when things flow so easily.
Sometimes it’s the slow dance that hits! Having at least 1 slow dance set in your wedding reception is vital. It only takes a few minutes, but can be very impactful. Finding a few minutes between hours of raging and partying allows for all the couples in the room to share in a beautiful moment. It is a wedding after all! Love is in the air! But after that we party hard!
I think they enjoyed themselves 🫢😂😍 There’s no party like a David Braz party! From the youngest to the oldest, everyone had a great time. Special things happen when clients and DJ align and are a good fit. I stress this to people all time. BOOK THE RIGHT DJ! I’ll let you know if I’m not the right fit for you. A lot of DJs are scared to do that, but I’m interested in what’s best for my clients.

I’ve been waiting to post this one!!! 😍 👇 I will always remember this one! Courtney and Lester are just awesome. The way they handled huge last minute changes and trusted me to do my thing is beyond amazing. I wasn’t their original DJ. I was booked to MC their reception in English and Spanish. But long story short, and sticking to the positive, I ended up in the position to take care of their DJ and MC needs…and what an absolute beauty of a wedding reception it turned out to be! I’ll never forget it! Thank you Courtney and Lester for being so cool and really taking a lot of the pressure off my shoulders. You are amazing people! There was so much anticipation for this wedding! I was DJing their friend’s wedding when Erika told me she wanted to book me 😮. The pressure was on! But working with Erika and Josh was super easy.
