We had a “wand-erful” day at camp today! The morning kicked off with an amazing magician visit that left us spellbound; we also had a great visit from Sights for Hope who dropped off some donations for our campers. We also had our last day of tumbling with Jeanne! In the afternoon, we enjoyed some fun water games as we practiced our acts for the upcoming talent show. Big thanks to Adeeb for stopping by and using his magic tricks to enrich the lives of children with special needs! This Creativity Carnival Week is truly enchanting!🪄🎩 💙
Today was a “prize-winning” day at camp! The morning was filled with our very own carnival, complete with a special visit from the Texas Roadhouse armadillo, Andy. Our campers got to participate in a water balloon toss, guessing game, ring toss, skeet-ball, face painting, and a photo booth! In the afternoon, we got crafty and made beautiful model magic flower crafts. Thank you to Texas Roadhouse in Trexlertown for generously donating their time and prizes to enrich the lives of our campers! This Creativity Carnival Week is "blooming" with fun and excitement! 🎪🌸 💙
We had a "butterfly burst" of fun at camp! Our day started with butterfly crafts and ended with a game of bingo. This week is "art-mazing" and full of creative fun! 🎨🦋 💙
We started our day at camp with a 'Zumb-tastic' burst of energy, dancing our way into Creativity Carnival Week! Afterward, we unleashed our creativity in a carnival-themed scavenger hunt, hunting down fun and laughter at every turn. Thank you to Traci for enriching the lives of our campers by teaching them Zumba! Let the festivities begin! 🕺 🎡 💙
We had a "paws-itively" wonderful day at camp! The therapy dogs melted our hearts, and the ice cream truck cooled us down with some sweet treats! We would like to send a HUGE thank you to the anonymous donor who generously provided our camp with some delicious sweet treats! To top it all off, Michaela's Voice stopped by to do some amazing crafts with us. Thank you to Lehigh Valley Therapy Dogs, our Niagara Bottling volunteers, and Michaela’s Voice for helping enrich the lives of children with special needs! This Paws and Popsicles week has been “udderly” fantastic! Get ready to "unleash" your creativity—next week is Creativity Carnival Week! 🐾🍦💙

We had a “turtlely” awesome day at camp! Our morning was filled with creativity as we made sensory stuffed animals, tumbled with Jeanne, and the fun didn't stop there. Chloe's pets, Simba and Mo the Tortoise, stopped by- talk about a "shell-abration"! 🐢🎈 💙
Today was “un-furr-getable”! In the morning, we had a visit from the Dream Weavers who showed us all of their “paw some” tricks! We also had a surprise visit from Solo Expression Dance Studio who helped us "wag our tails to the beat"! This week just keeps getting better and better! 🐶 🎈 💙
We "dove" into another day at camp! Today, we went on a field trip for swimming and had a splash-tastic time! Delta Hotels Allentown-Lehigh Valley generously allowed us to use their pool and fed us a great lunch- we appreciate their continual support in enriching the lives of children with special needs. In the afternoon, we cooled down with a movie and some ice pops! This Paws and Popsicles Week is keeping us cool and having a blast! 🏊💦💙
It was a “pig-ture” perfect day at camp! In the morning, we had a visit from the Iron Pigs mascot, FeRROUS! We also had a "pawty" to celebrate some of our July birthdays! Later in the day, we played a game of animal charades! Thank you to the Lehigh Valley IronPigs for their dedication to enriching the lives of our campers! Paws and Popsicles Week is off to a “snout-standing” start! 🐷 ⚾️ 💙
We “crossed the finish line” today as we wrapped up our Wide World of Sports week! To wrap up the week we found our zen with Nichole who stopped by to teach us some yoga. We enjoyed another hot dog Friday before finishing our day playing some giant games! Thank you to Nichole and our GIANT volunteers who helped us end our week with a "total touchdown"! Next week is going to be “paw-sitively” awesome as our animal adventures await! 🧘♀️ 🌭 💙
Today, we “served up some fun” as we learned how to play tennis with Annemarie and family! We also had fun learning to tumble with Jeanne! Later in the afternoon, the Southern Lehigh Boys Football Team stopped by to “tackle” some kickball & dodgeball with us. Thank you to Tennis for Fun Lehigh Valley and the football team for their continued support of our campers- we really appreciate it! 🎾 🏈 💙

We “scored big” today by learning how to play soccer with Southern Lehigh Boys Soccer! Our campers had a blast mastering their soccer skills before getting a surprise visit from MeLVin! We had a "striking" good time on our bowling trip today! Our campers had a blast knocking down pins and cheering each other on. When we returned from our trip, Chick-fil-A “bowled us over” with a delicious lunch! We “dribbled” into Sports Week with some creative flair, decorating hats and socks! Then, we had an awesome visit from Community Bike Works who taught us all about bike safety and led us in fun nut and bolt relay races! Huge thanks to Community Bike Works for making our day so exciting and enriching the lives of children with special needs! 🚴♂️🔩 💙
We had a “paw-sitively” amazing adventure today! We began the day by playing a life-size games before a visit from the Allentown Fire Department. Our campers were able to meet the firefighters, get a tour of the fire truck and then cool off with the hose- we appreciate these firefighters for taking the time our of their busy schedules to hang out with our campers! Later in the day we had a visit from our favorite furry friends, Canine Companions. Thank you to Canine Companions for enriching the lives of our children by allowing them to learn about and interact with service dogs! As we enjoy our Fourth of July break, we are getting ready to “kick off” Week 4 on Monday!
Today, we had an inspiring visit from Boyle Construction who helped us “lay the foundation” for our dreams! Our campers were able to try on some safety gear as they built their own towers before getting to participate in a ribbon cutting ceremony! In the afternoon, we "built" our dreams by creating posters about what we want to be when we grow up. Thanks to Boyle Construction for enriching the lives of our children by “paving the way” for their future plans!👷🚧💙
“When I Grow Up” week is off to a great start! Today, we made passports and learned about different countries, then had an exciting visit from the police in the afternoon! Thank you to the Springfield Police Department and Chief Mike for stopping by and enriching the lives of our campers by showing us what it’s like to be a police officer! ✈️🚔💙
We wrapped up “Campin Out” week by making our own lantern night lights, before snacking on some s’mores, and playing campfire games! Thank you to Alyssa organizing our campfire today and for all your other help this week- we really appreciate it. Thank you also to Lehigh Carbon Community College Nursing students and Professor Barb for buddying with our kids today! We can't wait to "work our way" into Week Three!🏕️🔥💙
We cannot thank Air Products Community Relations enough for their help in enriching the lives of our children through their generously donated snacks! These snacks are helping to keep our campers healthy and nourished throughout summer camp!
Today at camp was action-packed! We started the day tumbling with Jeanne, had a "tree-mendous" time with nature relay races, and cooled off in the afternoon with an exciting game of bingo! Thanks to Jeanne and everyone who made today so special!🤸♀️🍃💙
Today, we embraced the great outdoors! We started by listing all the trees we could think of, got creative with some rock painting, and wrapped up the day with an exciting nature hike and scavenger hunt. Thank you to Alyssa for stopping by again today to help us with our hike & scavenger hunt- your help allows us to continue enriching the lives of our children! We had a "fish"tastic time today! Our annual fishing trip was a success! Thank you to the Slatington S***t Club & Call of Nature Porta Potty—we couldn’t do it without you! Our campers and buddies learned to fish, took some hayrides, and went on boats! Thank you to Tom, Joe & Lynette for welcoming us back every summer and helping us enrich the lives of our children! Summer Camp Dance Party! 💃🕺 Sunshine, smiles, and dance moves all day long! As we "tumbled" into our first Thursday of camp, we had our first gymnastics lesson of the summer and had so much fun! Later we had tons of fun learning new dance moves with Amanda from AACC Dance Connection! To cool off, we played Music BINGO with our buddies! Making memories one beat at a time. 🎵✨💙
Today, we blended the joy of summer camp with the powerful celebration of Juneteenth! Today we learned about Juneteenth, watched a video all about the holiday, and even made our own Freedom Flags! Later in the day, we played some water games to beat the heat. We can't believe we're already halfway through week one! ☀️🌳🏕️
