With the recent closing of The Alexan Park 82nd, we are privileged to partner with TCR and Carlyle to honor the life and memory of Paula Rue by giving back to the causes she loved: The Donna Foundation, Good Sports, and Hello Gorgeous. A member of the Alexan team, Paula Rue, was a beloved friend and colleague who sadly passed away from cancer before seeing this project through. We are thrilled to have been part of the successful transaction that resulted in the purchase of Alexan Park 82nd Apartments in Doral, Florida by Stockbridge Capital Group. This newly completed property developed by Crow Holdings and Carlyle Group is one of the largest recent sales in South Florida.
