We are growing and looking to add an upbeat and positive Front Desk Coordinator to our amazing team!

We are a multi-specialty practice including Adult & Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, IV Sedation & Endodontics.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Present yourself as a qualified Front Office Coordinator with energetic, positive attitude, clear communication and you are there to assist the patient.

Check-In patients

Collect monies/co-pays due prior to services

Update patient chart, as required

Check-Out patients

Confirm treatment plans

Make follow-up appointments

Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism

Complete daily overview of upcoming patient appointments

Call and confirm all scheduled patient appointments

Assist with recall Reports, missed and cancelled lists and treatment plan reports to try and fill in cancellation and no show appointment times

Maintain service logs and clinic logs on a daily basis

Assist with insurance verification, as needed

Assist front office supply inventory needs

Bilingual a plus!

The Oral Surgery/IV Sedation Manager should be resourceful, proactive and efficient while maintaining an approachable and professional presence to both the team and patients. Oral Surgery Dental Assistant
-Assisting the oral surgeon during a variety of treatment procedures.
-Explaining office procedures before treatment to patients.
-Providing quality and compassionate care to every patient before, during and after dental treatment.
-Patient management during dental procedures..
-Dental charting of patient's pre-existing and accurate inputting of patient progress notes.
-Providing patients with post-op instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
-Taking impressions of patients' teeth for study casts (models of teeth) if necessary.
-Preparing and maintaining dental instruments, supplies and equipment.
-Taking and developing x-rays, collecting and recording patient health histories.
-Serving as an infection control officer, developing infection control protocol and preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
-Monitor equipment and hand piece repairs for all operatory equipment, accurate completion and follow up of repair logs.
-Completion of daily/weekly/monthly tasks including autoclave testing and cleaning of traps.
-Assisting with monthly supply order.
-Assisting clinic with recall and treatment plan reports, when requested.
-Responsible for adhering to all government and company regulations.
-Helping to provide direct patient care in all dental specialties, including orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery.
