Markita is a Nationally Certified Mobile Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant who has been dedicated to catering to her patients for close to a decade. With a knack for helping and catering to her peers, Markita’s determination has empowered many others to truly connect with their patients and understand their true passion daily. But that’s not all, when Markita is not being a medical vampire, she’s in school for Esthetics at Health and Style Institute.
Markita always had an attraction for everything beauty & skin care since a kid. She loves making people feel beautiful even if it’s with just her words.
She is currently interested in taking the Master Micro Pigmentation Specialist Course here at Academy of Advanced Cosmetics but she’s always open to more courses as she learn more. Dedicated to continuous learning and staying current with the latest advancements. Markita wants to focus on both the health and appearance of the skin, from customizing home care skin routines to advance cosmetic procedures. She believes that everyone deserves to feel confident in their own skin.

Mandra Cotton is a Beauty Industry Professional based in Atlanta, Georgia. She developed an early interest in cosmetics when she was 4 years old. After starting her freelance Makeup Artistry business, Canary Marie Artistry, in 2009 she flourished in Bridal, Prom, Graduation, Photoshoot & Fashion Show Makeup. She retains a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from The University of Georgia since 2015. Mandra also has been a Certified Lash Extension Professional since 2017.
Her interest in cosmetics led to augmenting her knowledge of the Beauty Industry. Therefore, she received her Esthetics License at The Elaine Sterling Institute in January 2019. Her passion for education led her to get her Esthetic Instructor License from the Health and Style Institute in July 2020. She is now able to help others in the field of Esthetics and Makeup Artistry, where she can share her extensive knowledge and practical skills for continuous enhancement for others.
She opened Inner G Urban Wellness Spa & Salon in 2020 to service clients for all beauty and skincare needs. Inner G Urban Wellness Spa & Salon services provide proficient and thorough skincare and makeup for all ages, skin types and conditions. Her education doesn’t stop and considers herself to be a lifelong learner. Her new advanced education is now in permanent makeup at the Academy of Advanced Cosmetics.

Brianne tied the knot this April with her husband Lake Wartes and relocated to Lawrenceville, GA. Although she is a licensed aesthetician, her passion is cosmetic tattooing! As of now, she is certified in microblading and lip blushing. She’s so excited to begin her journey as an apprentice at Academy of Advanced Cosmetics and plans to take the paramedical course. She’s interested in pursuing paramedical tattooing because she loves to help people become the most secure in their skin!
