Oly complex #7 - 12 cleans, 12 hang cleans, 12 front squats Rules and scores: Two scores: 1st score = weight 2nd score = total time First 12 cleans are from the ground - they can be power cleans or squat cleans 12 hang cleans - pulled from hip to knee 12 front squats - knee at least parallel to hip crease This complex does not have to be done unbroken…but time is of the essence! If you submit a video a running clock has to be present in the video and you must show total weight on the bar.
Oly Complex #6!! 2 front squats, out of rack transition, 2 back squats Rules. You can start the lift from the rack 2 front squats - hip crease at least parallel to knee cap Out of rack transition - anyway you’d like to “hop” the bar from front rack to back rack position. This could be a press, or a quick pop from front to back. The only rule here is it’s not racked for the transition. 2 back squats - hip crease is at least parallel to knee cap. If you do not complete in class video from the side so depth can be seen and show the weight on the bar.

Oly Complex Week 5!! Snatch, overhead squat, hang snatch, overhead squat Rules: Must be unbroken 1st snatch is from the ground. Can be power or squat, if you squat snatch, you still need to overhead squat. Overhead squat - elbows locked out the entire squat, hip crease is parallel to knee or below Hang snatch - pull anywhere from hip to knee. Snatches - fully extend hips and show control of barbell before moving to the next position and at the end before dropping the barbell. If you do not do your lift in class you must submit a video with the weight shown on the bar.
