Making a standard door opening, a great big 36!
Custom vanity with more than enough clearance for a standard wheelchair.
New granite countertop custom cut to the vanity’s dimensions.
Low-profile plumbing with an access hatch under the vanity for future service.
New tile floors.
Walk-in shower with custom shampoo cubby.
Accessibility railing.
ADA toilet.

CUSTOM ADDITION ALERT ⚠️
We turned a back porch patio into a custom, spray foam-insulated extended living room.
Demoing the old 4” patio slab and installing the proper footer and roofline for this to last longer than the original structure.
Relocating and replacing the fireplace, installing ship-lap and a mantle, new tiled floors, texture matching the rest of the house, installing baseboard and crown, and of course adding color to bring things to life.
We then turned the dining room wall into a custom contrast wall!
We enjoyed this one, and these customers sure made it easy!
