Hello everyone! We wanted to start off saying thank you to everyone that has visited the shack or supported us in any way. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. At this time we have decided to close our doors. Due to full time jobs and costs of things this made our decision that much harder. Summers with you guys at Starlight were truly memorable and we had a blast! This isn’t a good bye for good it’s just a goodbye for now. Because you never know what the future holds. If you have messaged us about attending an event I’m so sorry we missed that. As of right now we won’t be responding back to invites.

Saturday and Sunday - Amarillo kart complex 10am-?
Monday - shoot the moon fireworks 4pm-10pm

Hot dog shack will be at 34th and Osage in the M&R parking lot (same place we were last year!)

We will be open from 11:30am-4pm (possibly till 7pm) tomorrow!

Hello Friends!
We want to personally apologize to anyone that came out to our trailer these last two days and didn’t find us. Due to all the rain the last few days our trailer has been stuck out at Startlight Ranch where we are a resident food trailer on Fridays and Saturdays. We have just now started to open on Weekdays so this is new for us. We currently have a couple of people running our social Media so sometimes messages don’t get relayed when it comes to last min updates. We are working to improve that for sure!! We value all our customers and want to continue serving Amarillo the best from Hot Dog Shack! 🌭 see You all at Starlight Ranch this weekend if you come out!! We will post our schedule for the week next week!!

Due to the location of where the trailer is we are unable to move it due to the rain this morning .

With that being said we will not be opening at 12 this afternoon and will be pushing to open at 4pm -8pm for dinner (hopefully the mud dries up!)
