I will be at The Slater Station today @ 11am til sold out! I have LOTS of sourdough, sourdough bagels, pumpkin bars, dye-free monster cookies & chocolate chunk cookies. Stop by for some organic baked goods, a cold drink and good company ❤️‍🔥

(I mistakenly thought I had a farmers market so I have a lot! Help me sell out 🫶🏻😜)

‼️I will be baking my sourdough loafs in bread pans instead of my Dutch ovens from here on out, unless a boule is special ordered‼️This sourdough is perfectly soft and fluffy, with a slight crusty crust. It’s SO MUCH easier to cut through, compared to the boules, and is the perfect size for anything🙌🏼

The ingredients and weight stays the same✨ Flour, Water & Real Salt.

Doing this will make it possible for me to bake 10 loafs at a time, compared to only two! So I will be able to provide a lot more bread, and cut down on our electricity! 🍞✨

I will have cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting at Nevada Farmers Market tomorrow🔥

I had fun making these gorgeous cupcakes for my bestie🍓I followed a recipe for the cupcake base and made homemade stabilized whipped cream. Inspo found of Pinterest 🤍 They tasted more like a raspberry shortcake than a sweet cupcake!
