This was a painting I did while in Okinawa. I sold the original but have several matted prints of it available, if anyone is interested.

A quick lesson I took on Skillshare today.

Isn't this an incredible painting by my artist friend David Friedman? We lost this wonderful man last week and I went over to help his family make sense of his incredible body of work and clean out his home.

I admire him more now than ever after seeing all the love in his art. As a gift for helping I got to choose one piece. I am so grateful for the gift and the friendships of my fellow artists. We are a community of love and support. Hug an artist today!

About last night... A future painting.

This was my very first Jellyfish (on the left), right when I started my art career 6 years ago. I was never happy with it. I finally decided to rework it and thid is the result. I still might do a little more. What do you all think?

This is my favorite spot in Waimanelo. I have painted this scene many times I love to see the glowing ocean beyond the Sherwood Forest. The pristine white sand reflects the sky and unfolds a beautiful light aqua color in the water that is absolutely magnificent. 8x24 Acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas. You can purchase this at the June 29 & 30th.

Red Crested Cardinal, often referred to as a Brazilian Cardinal it's actually not even related to the Cardinal family but still. They are all over the place here in Hawaii and always travel as pairs. Their babies have brown heads first. This a watercolor on paper.

Aloha and Happy Friday! Just trying to produce some love today! All my art love is work in progress. Its not easy to step away from the table and leave unfinished work, but Its 5:00 here so time to party!

Japanese White-eye with some creative flair. Is it chaotic or wildly imaginative?

Japanese White-eye. I am trying a new method which is painting to practice color and techniques on the left and then apply best ofs to the right. I am obviously not done on the right but I love my practice page so much I may have to do similar background to it. Fun times in discovery mode. This is what keeps me painting! Watercolor on 140 # cold pressed paper.

Something new in work. I have done a similar painting before and is now owned by one of my besties; Linda. I had another friend said it spoke to her as well so here is round 2 of this beauty and the moon but am considering making it a heart shape!
