If you like a regular appointment, rather that be monthly or weekly, it is best to schedule ahead. This assures you will get in the specific day or time that you like and possibly want to keep. I just want to make it as effortless as possible for you, and lately I can feel the disappointment when I don’t have anything for a month or so.
