Remember Jan 1st? That day when so many people made New Year's Resolutions but sadly gave up before the end of the month. It was also the day that a mighty group of people decided they were going to Say YES to New Adventures. They set new goals, they promised to do things that made them uncomfortable and they committed to each other to not give up. 11 Weeks later, here's what they have accomplished: ๐67 started - 66 finished ๐30 people either gained 2lb muscle or reduced their %body fat by 2% points ๐Muscle Gained 13.9lbs ๐Fat Removed 361.9lbs ๐Shaved Off 271.3in Congratulations to everyone for making your health & your goals a priority!
