• The State Street ramps to westbound I-94, closing at 4 p.m. Thursday
• The U.S. 23 ramps to westbound I-94, closing at 6 p.m. Thursday
The ramps and the highway in the westbound direction will re-open at 6 a.m. Friday, March 17, according to MDOT.
