Another video from Sara's 3rd Dan test, this time of one of the Ki forms done with partners Carl and Austin. Note her eyes are closed. Dr. Link had her do a round of the Ki forms with her eyes closed from start to finish. This video shows the 2nd one.

Thanks to everyone who came out yesterday to support Sara's 3rd Dan test. Here is a video of her doing one of her earlier dive rolls. We'll post more videos as we get them.

Upcoming events: Seminar and 3rd Dan test April 15th. Drs. Norman and Susan Link will be here for the test and give a seminar Saturday morning at 9 am at the community center. Then Sara will test for her 3rd Dan in the afternoon. All students are welcome to attend both events. Below is Sara practicing a Ki form.

Today team USA visited a castle and had tea, then attended the Taekwando day celebration with many demos and "taekwon-dance". (Ignore my commentary in the first 5 seconds. It gets better.)
