Wekiva High School-OCPS will host our 1st of the year blood drive.

Wekiva High School-OCPS's Senior Kickoff event was nothing short of epic! It was a night filled with free giveaways, good food, and incredible performances by the school's cheerleaders. The event was a great way to bring students together and celebrate the start of a new school year. The Wekiva Mustangs for Life cheerleaders were a definite highlight of the night, showcasing their passion and talent. Overall, the event was an unforgettable experience that left students feeling empowered and ready to take on the year ahead.

During the 2023–2024 school year, Wekiva High School math teacher Hai-Ahn Nguyen used her Blue School Grant from the District to convert half of her classroom’s aquaponic garden from freshwater to saltwater, allowing her students to be able to plant and grow mangroves.

Due to the global outages related to Crowdstrike, we will have to adjust our laptop distribution times to accommodate these unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

On August 1st & August 2nd laptop distribution for sophomores, juniors, and seniors will occur from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.

On August 6th, laptop distribution for freshmen will occur from 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM.
