Rosettes 😋 One of our pastry delicacies, each take several minutes to make, and we make them fresh every morning! They’re light and crispy, and taste much like a crisp funnel cake. A must-try!

Your favorite Tamales, made fresh every day! 🫔 🧅Rajas (jalapeños cooked with onions, tomatoes, and stuffed with cheese) 🌽 Elote (corn-infused masa mixed with corn kernels, made into a tamal) 🍖 Puerco (Juanillo based sauce with spices stewed with pork shoulder) 🍗 Pollo (Tomatillo sauce with chicken)

New! 🍌🍌 Baby bananas, Manzano bananas, Burro bananas, Red bananas, and regular bananas. What are the differences? Baby bananas: sweeter and smaller than regular bananas. Uses: eaten out of hand or sliced raw for use in fruit salads Manzano bananas: a ripe Manzano banana actually has a flavor profile similar to a sweet apple or a strawberry. They are small with a firm thick skin. Burro bananas: flatter, smaller, and more square than traditional bananas. They have a tangy lemon flavor. Red bananas: they have a raspberry flavor undertone, but ripe red bananas are also notable for their smooth, creamy fruit texture.

We have all the ingredients to make your own fresh Mexican salsa! 🌶️🌿🧅 Vine-ripe tomatoes, white onions, poblanos, jalapeños, garlic, cilantro…¿qué más?

How are tortilla chips made? 🤔 🔸 Corn masa (dough) is prepared and then flattened using our in-house tortilleria 🔸 The rounds of masa are then cooked on a hot comal or griddle (this process helps the dough set and develop a slightly cooked exterior) 🔸 Our machine then cuts the dough into triangle shapes 🔸 The pieces are then deep-fried until golden and crispy 🔸 They are then seasoned with salt, served with our fresh house-made salsa, and served to our guests at Homshuk 😋 You can see the whole process happen right here at Bodega 42!
