https://go.tupperware.com/52dgc7 Sweet Potato Brownies Serves: 12 Serving size: 1 piece Total time: 15 mins. ¾ cup sweet potato puree ½ cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 large egg, whisked 1 tsp. vanilla extract ½-cup self-rising flour 3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder 4-oz./113.5 g semisweet chocolate bar, roughly chopped 1.- In medium bowl, mix sweet potato puree, sugar, oil, egg and vanilla extract until well combined. 2.-Add flour, cocoa powder and stir until smooth. Fold in 2/3 of chopped chocolate 3.- Pour batter into Silicone Rectangle Form and smooth top to form even layer. Sprinkle remaining chocolate over the top. 4.- Place in microwave and cook on 80% power for 5-6 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 5.-Let cool slightly, unmold, cut in squares and serve.
