A decent bourbon and soda with a lemon twist or a very dirty vodka martini—though at home, she’s more of a wine connoisseur. 🍷 At Peggy’s, she can’t resist the Penny Rose cocktail or her favorite dishes, the chicken pesto sandwich and grilled fish tacos. 🌮 When she’s not behind the bar, you might find her hanging out with her BFF, Maggie the Basset Hound, rocking out to heavy metal, cooking up a storm, or cheering for the Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers. Christmas holds a special place in her heart, thanks to her late mother, who passed down the holiday spirit. Peggy’s was supposed to be a temporary gig, but it quickly became a home away from home.
