Been awhile since I’ve just gotten to just train. Sickness, injury, family emergencies, and loss have made me put climbing on the back burner for sometime now. Happy to finally get back to training again and feel relaxed on the wall.

Looking forward to finally kicking off a productive 2023 and hit new goals for both climbing and therapy.

Hey everyone I’m doing a shoulder workshop this Saturday! Come on out to Grapevine this Saturday from 3-4 to learn about shoulder mobility in relation to climbing and how to improve it!!

“I felt a pop in my finger and now it hurts, do I have a pulley injury?”

Short answer: maybe!
Long answer: Although an audible pop is often associated with finger pulley injuries, there could be something else going on. Tendon strains, ligament sprains, and joint injuries can also be associated with a pop.

“But how do I know which injury I have and how severe is it?”
