Problems and situations in our lives bring out worries and doubts. This becomes anxiety. It’s natural to worry about daily events in our lives, such as bills, job interviews, weddings or many other situations.

"Normal” worry becomes excessive when it does not stop. It is persistent and if you worry each day about life events; you are unable to get rid of the anxious thoughts and this can turn into significant daily stress.

If you suffer from excessive worry and stress there are some breathing techniques that can help turn off anxious thoughts. Excessive worry is a habit in your mind. It can be interrupted and you can teach your brain to be relaxed and at ease.

When I have experienced a busy and stressful day, I will generally participate in some relaxation strategy to bring about some Stress Reduction, Peace of Mind and Energy.

I found a new breathing technique that involves using 3 different breathing styles to bring about calmness, peace of mind and energy.
