Who knew laundry could be this beautiful?! This basement laundry space used to be a dark, unfinished area with just a washer and dryer—no storage, not functional, and definitely not visually pleasing. Now, it’s a dedicated laundry room with plenty of shelving, counter space, and a sink. Doing laundry just got a whole lot easier and more enjoyable!

A big shower is a dream for most people, but for these clients it was quite the opposite! They had a huge shower in their existing bathroom, but it was making the rest of the bathroom feel cramped and left little room for function.

So we decided to downsize the shower to make the space feel bigger and allow for more storage!

What do you think of the transformation?

Our client wanted an updated, fresher bathroom with a smarter layout. The old shower was huge and made the space feel cramped, so we downsized it to create better balance. We love how the neutral, natural textures like the tumbled limestone tiles and the fluted wood vanity blend with the green beadboard detailing and mixed metals of champagne bronze and matte black. The result is a stylish, inviting space that perfectly reflects our client’s great taste.

We’d like to call this cottage core with a modern twist! The checkerboard tile, quirky mirror, and charming sconces make this bathroom feel like it’s straight out of a fairy tale. With the help of some modern gold fixtures, a beautiful teal vanity, and a luxurious walk-in shower, this bathroom strikes the perfect balance between quaint and contemporary.

Our clients aimed to create a more open and expansive kitchen, perfect for entertaining, hosting, and cooking. By taking over the former dining room, we were able to significantly enlarge the space. This involved not only taking down walls but also relocating windows to ensure the kitchen was flooded with natural light in a thoughtful and strategic way.

Our clients love to entertain, and we wanted their kitchen to reflect their vibrant lifestyle. We chose rich, blue cabinets and warm wood tones to give the space a luxurious feel while keeping it cozy and inviting.

Spring is in full bloom and so is this powder room! 🌼☀️

These clients were itching for a modern revamp in their primary bath. While they cherished the idea of a spacious tub, they longed for an even larger shower and some sleek modern touches.

The design we settled on exudes modernity, openness, and sheer luxury, all while preserving the original layout!

We love the use of wood on the vanities to lighten the space and keep it from feeling too industrial, but the showstopper is definitely that tub/light fixture combo!
