Two Belles is moving to Wi******er, VA!! We're excited about our new adventure in this quaint town about an hour west of Arlington. But we're really going to miss our great local customers! Back from a visit to see our family in the south. Couldn't help but share this photo of my other "belle" watching our favorite team (go Braves!) warm up before the game. Yes, they won big that night! Now it's back to baking, so let me know if you need a Labor Day cake or two. Enjoy these last glorious weeks of summer!

Getting ready to take a little summer break from the kitchen (It's mighty hot for baking! I'm in need of fresh peaches and iced tea). We'll be away Tuesday, July 30 - Monday, August 12. Let me know If you'd like to pick up a cake or two to pop in the freezer before we leave. Happy Summer!!

I"m thrilled to say that Two Belles is listed in favorites, but there are some other really creative gifts in all price ranges for all occasions. It gave me the perfect idea for my nieces! It will be my new go-to for gift giving.

Baking up some "Babies"! These are headed to a wedding celebration, but pound cakes of any size make mighty nice end-of-year teacher gifts, hostess gifts, shower treats, you name it. Oh, don't forget about dad next week. Dads LOVE pound cake!

The Lazy Glazy days are upon us...time to dust off the grill, sweeten up the iced tea (or shake up some margaritas) and serve up some pound cake. This weekend I'll be serving the cream cheese pound cake topped with fresh sweetened strawberries and a nice big dollop of whipped cream. I'd love to hear your topping ideas!
