We had so much fun cheering on #TeamUSA in the Paris Olympics and we couldn’t help but reflect on our DCDH project from 2016: The Mademoiselle Chambre space. Over the next couple of weeks, we will be sharing the process of designing this space as well as the final look. The original concept that inspired this space was about a young french ingenue leaving her homeland and favorite city, Paris and arriving in D.C. Here is the behind-the-scenes of the installation of the Visual Comfort chandelier.

In the world of design, small changes can make a huge difference. And that was certainly the case in this reimagined upstairs-hall bathroom.
