If anyone knows this person walking or the person beside the drivers side of the white Mercedes please let us know. Both of these individuals are involved in multiple breaking and entering/larceny as well as vandalism to multiple buildings. These photos are from security cameras at our Asheboro location of the Laundry Lounge and the car wash next door. The tag is a NC tag KCW-9629. It is registered out of Raleigh and we have posted that individuals name as well in case anyone may know them

Do you have any old gently used coats that are no longer being used? The Laundry Lounge would like for you to consider donating them to us. We will provide the laundry service to clean them and donate them to families and organizations in need. I sat up last night thinking about those that might have been left out in the cold. Would they survive until morning? Did they have a coat and gloves?

I also reflected on how many people I interacted with that was going out to offer those coats and gloves, the ones that offered food if I encountered someone needing assistance, the ones that gave information on where to send people to find warmth, the ones that so willing opened their doors to those in need.

I still believe in the power of a community and how they can rally together during times of adversity and uncertainty.

I personally wanted to say ”Thank You” to everyone!!

I’m currently packaging up 60 gnome orders 😳 what are YOU doing today?

It’s been a while since we posted anything so wanted to provide everyone with some updates as to what’s happening around the Launddy Lounge. We have some exciting news that we hope will bring everyone a sense of relief and security around our property.

We are excited to announce that we will be taking over the car wash next door to our laundromat. We heard the concerns of our customers and the community and we are committed to providing a safe environment for our customers.

We are currently in the planning phase of how we will remodel the car wash. Currently the equipment is non-operational and we hope to provide self-service washing in the very near future. However, we also want to know feedback from everyone about full-service hand washing. We will be able to provide this service while we remodel the other areas.

Do you know of anyone that may be looking for some extra money that may be interested in washing cars, please let me know!

We will begin installing security cameras as well as more lighting in and around the carwash to hopefully deter any unwanted activities.

We are honored to provide one of the only carwashes on the north side of Asheboro!!

We also want to remind everyone of our full service laundry provided at the laundromat. We have many families taking advantage of this service and want to continue growing that sector of our business to give you all back the gift of time. We have someone on site throughout the day Mon-Sat. Please contact me with any questions you may have about this service.

The Laundry Lounge is excited to introduce some new drink options we will be serving inside. We have added Energy Drinks as well as Jumex and Jarrito’s as we continue to emerge ourselves in the communities and cultures that we serve. These will be available to purchase at the front counter so please ask am attendant for assistance. We have also added additional snacks to our vending machines that will hopefully be appealing to all. We take ownership in every Comment Card that gets placed in our boxes. We have had incredible feedback and the one thing our customers continuously mentioned was our pricing vs the competitors. We want to ensure we are responding appropriately to the request so as of today, we have adjusted our machines to better serve each of you that are doing Self- Service Coin Laundry. The price list is as follows:

20lb Washer: $2.75
30lb Washer: $3.75
60lb Washer: $7.00

For all machines the Extra Wash is now $1.00 and the Extra Rinse is $.75

Dryers: $.25= 7 mins of Dry Time

We hope this will continue to be an indication of the commitment we have to making sure the Laundry Lounge is the laundromat of choice in the Asheboro and Randolph County community.

Do you know of a senior or someone disabled that can benefit from weekly or bi-weekly laundry service? We provide convenient pick up from any facility or residence and deliver the laundry back to the same place once it is washed and folded.
