This is NOT our work!!
We do NOT use ropes to guide a tree’s direction. We use proper cutting techniques and wedges to strategically place where the tree lands.
This video shows exactly what happens when improper cutting and ropes are used. If you watch closely, you’ll see the back cut is several inches too high. That, coupled with the tension of the rope took away the natural fall. Due to this combination, there was absolutely no controlling where this tree would land.

This morning we started the day by helping a repeat client remove some hard to reach portions of their trees to help with the home’s air flow.

This week, the weather has been nothing short of nasty. This bradford pear tree was just as nasty. Though it put up a good fight, it was no match for My Lumberjack.

Our customer, who watched the take down from just a few feet away stated, "I can't believe that none of the limbs touched the house at all!! It fell exactly as you said it would!".

It feels so good knowing that we've helped someone!
In addition, we've acquired another happy customer.

That's over 2.5 tons of white oak in a single log. It grew within 20 feet from the home. The homeowners are glad to know that this tree is no longer a threat to their home.

Due to the size of the tree and the layout of our client's lot, this removal had to take place in the water. After dropping the tree into the lake, it took very tricky balancing acts on moving limbs in order to be removed.

Yesterday morning, this pine received some badly needed attention. Roughly 28-30 dead limbs were removed, the ivy was cut back and a couple of neighboring small trees were removed to help with air circulation. This tree should feel much better.
