One of my favorite setups in my kitchen . I bought the wooden piece from Marshalls. Growing up I’ve always used Canola or Vegetable Oil for majority of my cooking . About 3 years ago I brought that to a stop . Now I primarily just use Olive Oil , Grapeseed Oil , and Avocado Oil for cooking . I’ve read about the health benefits and researched other qualities among the oils . I still use a nonstick spray for baking and I use Vegetable Oil just for frying foods only .
