Unfortunately I fell Saturday and dislocated my elbow. If you come by the shop, chances are good I’m in the house with my ice pack resting my arm. You can leave anything to be embroidered or printed on the table in the shop and leave me a note. If you need to pick up anything, just let me know. Please be patient with me as I navigate through this situation with the use of only one hand for now. I appreciate all of your prayers and support.

I have neglected to update with some of our latest projects.

Assuming it's not raining on Saturday, if anyone is available to help me finish moving out of the Sew Nice building in Ashville, I would appreciate it!!! It's mostly boxes and lots of STUFF. LOL 19 years in one place accumulates lots of STUFF. Boxes are also welcome. I should get there around 9:30-10AM and we'll be moving all weekend to finish getting everything out and over to the Margaret location (16 miles).

I met with my orthopedic surgeon yesterday. It seems that my continued hip problems may stem from the tendons and psoas muscles catching on my hip implant. So basically every time I take a step, they scrape across the sharp edge of the cup of the joint which is also why it's not getting any better no matter what I do. They are sending me in for a CT scan to confirm but the general consensus right now is that I will require surgery to scope out that area to give me some extra clearance in the hip and cutting the muscle and tendon to release it. This will require some pretty hefty PT and specialized exercises so that I can learn how to walk again as those muscles are the ones used in bringing your leg forward when you walk. On the plus side, if this works, my hip should be relatively pain free. I'm holding onto that positive thought with both hands held tight. Right now though, I'm using a cane to get around because when it scrapes, the pain is such that the muscles stop working and I fall. Surgeon said this is common and to just be extra cautious and careful and to use my cane for support. I really appreciate all the love and support you all have given to me and my small business throughout the years. We will get through this - it just might take me a while! Just know I'm working, albeit slightly slower than usual.

Morning everyone. I woke up this morning feeling like crud and a diminished sense of taste and smell so in an effort to protect my customers and hopefully get better fast I’m going to stay home today and rest this weekend. Thank you for your continued patience and support!!

Spectrum has FINALLY restored our phone lines! WOOHOO! And hopefully the last of our equipment will arrive within the next week or so. However, we are OPEN FOR BUSINESS in our NEW Margaret production facility. Please continue to be patient with us as we catch up from the move and my viral infection. I'm nearly there. LOL The new location is 1390 County Rd 12 on Main St in Margaret (many times it comes up as Odenville on GPS due to the post office). We are getting caught up, organized and streamlined just in time for the holiday season! Let us know what we can do for you!
