We finally got the Old Brick Girl central A/C. We thought it was time, after all she is 124 years old. ——————————————————————

Time to This one was pretty bad. The grass in the back yard was three feet tall! We got it all cleaned up and ready for summer. The customer couldn’t be happier. ——————————————————————

This corner of the basement foundation needed a little help before we can install the tankless water heater and HVAC unit.

This plain wall was perfect for a nice new set of builtins with can light flanking each side.

This new deck will be put to good use with all this beautiful weather that’s on the horizon. In just a few weeks it’ll be time to do some planting.
