He Lifts We Lift

We’ve been reading the story of Job this last week, and this is something that stuck with me. Sometimes we are given hard times because God wants us to cal on him and have that relationship.

For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.

In Christ we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.
