Hey all! Sorry it has been so quiet here. I had knee surgery July 30, and have not been very mobile. I am still doing physical therapy and have about another month of recovery ahead of me. I do plan making some delicious Fire Girl Mustards once I am able. Please stay tuned!

As promised here’s a quick peek at a few of the specials we’ll be offering this week. As you all know, I always try to come up new menu items to keep it interesting & this year is no exception.
The one that I personally love is my new Big “T” Bowls, I use no bread or wraps with this dish & actually make the Big “T” (which is a pork tenderloin) into a bowl to hold the toppings (this is great for those watching their carb intake).
Also for our Hot & Spicy lovers, I’ve added the Fiery Inferno Dog- this one will light you up!!! We also have a number of spicy sauces for our wraps. A big shout out goes out to Fire Girl Mustards for supplying us with the Carolina Reaper Mustard- we love using local suppliers so check her out - you will not be disappointed!!
As always, we make special items to your specifications so don’t hesitate to ask & make your own specialty items (who knows, it may end up on our menu some day).
