Listen up, despite what others say or think, you are not your past, your you right now. Like me, You may have done some things in your past that you regret doing or that you shouldn’t have done don’t dwell on that just learn from it. Use it as fuel don’t dwell on it. I get what I did wrong but don’t dwell on it or let others discredit your progress even if it’s small progress because yes your that person that made those mistakes but your also that person learning from them 💯

Hard work pays off! Always remember...even when you can’t see the end of the road or you can’t understand what’s going on, risks are always going to be involved. Many won’t believe in you especially when things get rough but when you tred through the muddy waters the prize will be there waiting. Anything you give enough real time to it will pay off. We opened a new office in Canton Georgia and are expected to start construction on our headquarters soon! I thank everyone that was involved from the start even if at the end they had second thoughts or suspicions. We give credit where it’s due to those that deserve it. Our grand opening will be posted in a few days and we’d like for you to keep up with our progress.

Give it time, time heals everything, #4. Don’t compare, the only person you should try to beat is who the person you were yesterday, #5. Stay calm, it’s okay not to have everything figured out, know that in time you’ll get there, #6. It’s on you, only you are in charge of your happiness, and #7. Smile, life is too short so enjoy it while you can! 💯

Our scheduled Physical Training was again a success! Wasn’t a big turnout but we managed to get the job done!
