A FedEx driver, is accused of kidnapping and killing 7-year-old Athena Strand after making a delivery to her house in Texas. After the child’s death, former CIA officer Tracy Walder says, in essence, parents should question everything, trust nothing and always keep an antenna up. Walder says it can be “difficult” to screen for behaviors that don’t pop up in background checks.

Authorities in Texas say 7-year-old Athena Strand, who went missing and prompted an Amber Alert Thursday, was found dead Friday night.

Authorities said they received a tip Friday that helped them determine that Tanner Lynn Horner, a FedEx driver who made a delivery in front of the girl's home at the time Athena went missing had, in fact, abducted her.
