Weighted scapula movement helps to move the fascia and build muscle. The goal here is to lift any adhesions caused by tension or protracted shoulders, which often happens in the inferior border of the shoulder (serratus anterior mostly). And, let's not forget how much tension is held in the traps π©

This stretch is super easy and feels AMAZING! ALL of my clients love it. Here's how to get into it:
πͺ Lie on the belly. Arms out like a 'T'
πͺ Slide the right arm across the chest.
πͺ Left slides underneath the right.
πͺ Relax your neck
*The triceps must be stacked in order for the arms to move freely. If you're not quite there yet, it's ok. Just enjoy the stretch.
This one assists with tension release in the upper thoracic and cervical spine. Also helps to ring out trapped stress in the muscles.

Strengthening Exercise for Lumbar/Sacral Health Tutorial π
I did these drills with a client of mine the other morning and I felt compelled to share. This is a Strengthening drill that will assist with any issues connected to the pelvic/low back area. This can include sciatic pain, periformis issues, pelvic floor strengthening, sacral pain etc.

60 min session condensed into 2 minutes! π²
This is what a typical Thai Bodywork session looks like. Lots of stretches and lots of soft bends. In this session, my lovely here needed special attention in her hips and shoulders, so we had to dig deep and tap into some stuff π«
We triggered some pain connected to emotional tension so we had to tone it down a bit. To do so, I focused on Myofascial Release for 3rd & 4th chakra calming techniques. At the end, she rested beautiful and woke up back to her normal bouncy self!! π
