One of the strategies I use to find properties to BNB is thru real estate agents that work with buy and hold investors. In my experience it's been the easiest way to secure properties. Realtors already have a network of property owners that they've sold to. Which means they already have great rapport with their client, which is the home owner. The owner needs rent to be paid to cover the mortgage. The owner needs occupancy. The agent refers us to their client. That is where we come in.
