🛑Reasons Why You’re Not Seeing Muscle🛑
1️⃣ You Do Waaay Too Much Cardio 🏃🏽♂️
↪️ Jogging too much on the treadmill can deplete muscle gains & cause you to look skinny fat & NEVER see muscle gains, even though you are lifting weights
2️⃣ You Don’t Eat Enough Clean Protein 🥩🐟🫘🍳
↪️ After tearing up your muscles during a given workout you need to replenish those muscle fibers with an adequate enough protein so that they can repair & rebuild stronger than before
3️⃣ You Don’t Get Enough Sleep 🛌
↪️ In order for torn muscle fibers to repair properly, you need at least 6-8 hours of sleep, preferably around the same time each night to set your body’s Circadian Rhythm for optimal recovery
4️⃣ You Eat Too Much Sugar 🍫🍬🍭🍪
↪️ Eating an overload of sugar will kill your muscle gains & even cause instant fat storage because with insulin levels turn on HIGH the body stores FAT so there goes all your hard work 😓
5️⃣ You’re Not Tracking Your Progress‼️
↪️ Most people give up easily because they don’t see they’re progress in the mirror. Keeping a log of your lbs lifted in each set per repetitions & increasing your lbs lifted will motivate you to keep going & challenge your muscles to build & burn fat so you can start to see something in the mirror
