Smurf & turf today: Korean Napa cabbage with sweet chili sauce cooked in Amish butter, fresh cut mangoes (expertly cut by sous chef Pat), papas con chorizo with red onions, sautéed in light olive oil, lamb chop marinated in olive oil with bruschetta seasoning, fried pollock on top-Korean BBQ sauce with spicy Korean remoulade sauce. Sous chef Ellen, our mixologist, made the drinks-strawberry orange beet energy drink & 100% Columbian dark roast coffee with Seoul cream. Our blue chick is glowing over the meal!

Chorizo French fried potatoes, pineapple grilled inAmish butter with palm sugar, fresh strawberries & blueberries, hamburger stir fry with teriyaki glaze, English cucumbers with S&S seasoning salt, blackberry citrus orange beet energy drink & 100% Columbian dark roast coffee with Parisian cream. The past few days have honored our military services with different ducks-thanks for your service.
