The talent came out and impressed the judges! Various contestants came to perform at our Renaissance’s Got Talent Showcase, apart of our Young adult conference.

Justin Marcél Carter serves as Associate Minister at Sheldon Heights Church of Christ in Chicago, IL, under the mentorship of Minister Leonardo D. Gilbert, preparing for his installation next year as Senior Minister, only the 4th in the church’s 94-year history. Justin, a fourth-generation Church of Christ leader, began his ministry in Milwaukee, WI.

Previously, Justin preached for 13 years across Dallas, Houston, Milwaukee, and Kansas City. He has taught Bible and Theology at Southwestern Christian College and Abilene Christian University. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Bible from Southwestern Christian College, a Master of Divinity from Southern Methodist University, and is completing a Ph.D. at Chicago Theological Seminary.

Justin has preached nationally and internationally, including in Palestine, Mexico, Italy, Greece, and Israel. His life is dedicated to studying the Word and connecting others to God. Justin is married to Brittany W. Carter, and they have two children, Jaxson Lenox Carter and Ava Elizabeth Carter.

Carlus D. Page is the Lead Servant at New Heights Church of Christ in Biloxi, Mississippi, with 28 years of preaching experience. He founded The Millennial's Reach Conference and the National Revival Conference and received an Honorary Doctorate in Christian Leadership and Management. Carlus has served various congregations in Mississippi and Florida and studied Public Relations, Broadcast Journalism, and Speech Communications at the University of Southern Mississippi.

He created a young adult conference that inspired similar events nationwide and successfully leveraged digital platforms for ministry during COVID. Carlus is a Marine Corps veteran and has worked in law enforcement since 2010. He became Chief of Police in Lumberton, MS, before stepping down to care for his son. Currently, he is a School Resource Officer in Gulfport, MS. New Heights is building a community flex space and event center, with Carlus dedicated to inspiring the young and rejuvenating the old through his preaching.

Beyond his pastoral role, he directs Diversity & Belonging and teaches sociology at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy. He heads Jeremy Flowers Ministries and Gray Road Community Development Corporation, advocating through his radio show and literary works like "Fresh Water from a Dirty Cup".

Dr. Flowers pioneers community projects, combating issues from food insecurity to domestic violence, and has received accolades from local governments and media. Founder of the Joshua Ministerial Conference & Conclave, he mentors pastors and artists in the US and Caribbean.
