Join IPRCE TODAY at 11am for a conversation on COVID 19 & Intimate Partner Violence in Atlanta. IPRCE Core Faculty Members and Violence Prevention Task Force Members, Dabney Evans, PhD, MPH & Randi Smith MD, MPH will present alongside doctoral student, Azade Tabaie, MS, PhDc. The session will be moderated by Associate Dean of Community Engagement, Equity & Inclusion & co-chair of the IPRCE Violence Prevention Task Force, Sheryl Heron, MD, MPH, FACEP will moderate the discussion. In this session, a multidisciplinary women-led research team will present preliminary results from each of their study aims shedding light on what they now know about how the pandemic and its associated movement restrictions have affected IPV in Atlanta, Georgia.
