S2E6 Does God Care About Me?
Does God Care About Me? Do I matter to God? Does He listen to me?
Watch this episode to hear the answer from Dr. Charles Blackstock.
In 1 Peter chapter 5:7, it emphasizes that God cares for us and wants us to cast our cares upon him. God, who created the universe and controls everything, is able to hear and care about everyone's prayers and needs. Jesus said in John 10:10, "...I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly..." Christ came to give us abundant life, not just to exist but to have a life that is fruitful and blessed. God is there to help you and to give you grace and strength. Those who come to Jesus will receive rest from the burdens and responsibilities of life. God cares about us and wants us to have an abundant life.

Can One Lose Their Salvation?
Once I have Salvation, can I Lose it? Do I
have to get Saved more than once?
Can you lose your Salvation? The answer is discussed
in this episode of AskPastor.
Jesus says in John 10:28, "...I give unto them eternal
life; and they shall never perish..." Once you have
eternal life, it never ends. The salvation that Jesus
brings is everlasting. It will never end, and there is
nothing we can do to lose it. Salvation is not
something that we earn through good works or
righteousness, but it is given by grace through faith in
Jesus Christ. Jesus offered Himself as the sacrifice for
our sins, and He only had to make that sacrifice once.
If we place our faith in Christ, the only way we could
lose our salvation would be if His blood could not pay
the price for our sins. Our salvation is secure and
permanent once we trust in Jesus as our savior.

What is a Savior? Why do we need a Savior? Do you need a Savior? Answers are found in this episode. Dr. Blackstock explains from the book Titus the importance of the regeneration and renewing of the Holy Ghost and how it relates to the eternal life that God originally gave to Adam. When man sinned in the Garden of Eden, he lost the eternal life that God gave him. The penalty for our sin is eternal separation from God. If we want to have eternal life, the penalty for our sins must be paid. However, if we pay the penalty, we must take the punishment and be eternally separated from God. Someone else would have to pay for our sins for us to have eternal life. Christ died on the cross to pay for our sins so that we could have eternal life. Salvation can only come to us by the grace of God and not by our actions. We are saved not by our works but according to the mercy of God. We cannot save ourselves. We need a savior to be saved and forgiven of our sins. Share this video and message us with your questions! Drop a comment and leave us a like! #AskPastor #Savior #Salvation #NeedForASavior

Who can be Saved? Can anyone be saved? The answer is revealed in this episode of AskPastor. Dr. Charles Blackstock answers the question, "who can be saved?" Salvation is available to everyone through faith in Jesus Christ. The key word from John 3:16 is "whosoever," which means that salvation is not limited to specific individuals but is open to anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord. Salvation is not based on our own good works or actions but on the work Jesus completed on the cross. Jesus died for the sins of everyone. All we have to do is believe on Him. Join us as we understand the truth that salvation is available to all who believe in Jesus. Send us a message if you have questions about being saved. S2E2 What is Salvation?
What is Salvation? What does it mean to be Saved?
Find the answer in this video!
Using verses from the Bible, Pastor Blackstock explains that salvation means to be saved from something. That something is the punishment for sin. Sin is when we break God's law. The Bible says, "...The wages of sin is death..." the penalty for sin is eternal separation from God. However, through Jesus Christ, we can have eternal life and be saved from eternal death. Jesus died on the cross to pay for our sins. Salvation is not something we can earn but rather a gift from God. We receive salvation by our faith in Christ, not by our works. Join us as we delve deeper into this and understand the true meaning of salvation.
