Well, I’m a Certified Hair Loss Specialist. After, my first 5 years as a cosmetologist I noticed that a lot of my clients were experiencing hair loss that resulted in them requesting more hairstyles with extensions.

I was always reserved about adding extensions to some clients bcuz I believed that there was a way for the restore their hair.

Some of yall don’t understand how much I had to navigate through to get this breakthrough. S/O to my tribe bcuz they know !! The mental blocks, crying, confusion, anxiety, and the disappointment of self (yes even with my accomplishments)…. God has a way of putting u in this glass box and you want to blame someone else or not deal, but when you have SURRENDERED to the call, NOT a TRANSITION (looks and feels like a ⛈️) can stop what God has already established over your life.
I’m confident and can say with CONFIDENCE timing is everything.
With true sacrifice I proud to welcome new clients to my new salon suite home.
TRANSITIONING looks and feels crazy to the one enduring and looks even more unstable to others, but baby God confidently reminds me of who I am and that I am NOT finished.

Key (Breathwork Facilitator & Yoga Teacher) and Maryam (Hormone and Somatic Coach) have created a new yoga workshop that is so much more than just yoga - The Art Of Slowing Down, "Claiming ownership of your health through stillness & restoring your hormones." Key and Maryam will facilitate the two hour transformative session, consisting of an easy flow, mirror session, breathwork, sound therapy, journaling, movement meditation, and an introduction to menstrual awareness. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, cushion to sit on, fuzzy blanket, water bottle, something to journal in, and an open mind. The event will take place in studio on October 22nd, from 2pm - 4pm.
