The body and the nervous system store the trauma therefore for many it’s not enough to just process it verbally.
Sometimes we need a little more support … A deeper release that last and shifts our way of being.

Combining fascial stretch therapy, deep compression work for the muscular system, opening meridian channels and releasing the nervous system makes all the difference. It’s taken years of practice to cultivate this unique method and it works!

Over the years, I have worked with many clients that have experienced long term relationship issues. The constant internal battle leaves their mind and bodies feeling overwhelmed and stressed due to tons of stored physical and emotional tension.
It’s not surprising because we store all emotion in the body and nervous system therefore in order to feel more at peace and centered in our lives we must deal with and heal this very important aspect of our lives.
When we don’t take the time to ask ourselves the important questions to help us get out of the muck and off the rollercoaster, we end up feelings of confusion, resentment and anxiety showing up in the body as fatigue, chronic pain and depression.

CHRONIC NECK AND SHOULDER PAIN? 👇
We live mostly in a “C” position.
Commuting back and forth to work while gripping the steering wheel, sitting at our desk for far too long, scrolling social media or just protecting our heart area after a heartbreak all causes our bodies to be in an unnatural “C” position.
Stretch therapy is so important for opening up our bodies. It releases stored tension, anxiety and stress increasing circulation and oxygen to the tissues which is why you not only feel relaxed but energized afterwards.
Not all stretch therapy is the same. I use a combination of soft tissue release, dynamic movement and working with the meridian channels in the body depending upon the clients needs and desired outcome.
Every session is different and tailored to your body at that specific time. Why? Because your body is constantly shifting, adapting and recalibrating to whatever stressor’s are happening in your life.

Chronic stress shows up as as physical symptoms in the body.
Over time when not dealt with, high stress will cause your body to get out of balance depleting key vitamins and minerals and slowing down vital systems like digestion, thyroid and hormones.
Working on your nervous system, nutrition and mindset helps alleviate these symptoms and restores balance and harmony to the body-mind.

The illiotibial band or IT band, is a tendon that runs from your hip to the knee and can often become overstressed causing chronic pain and inflammation.
