Have you heard of THE Rachel Rodgers? She is amazing! She believes that “We Should All Be Millionaires”! So much so she wrote a book saying so and how to go about it!

Well, I am ENORMOUSLY proud to say that I am a member of the first cohort of her H7 Business Coaching Certification program to become certified in her proven methods.

I have been, almost silently, working on this for the last six months along with over 100 other amazing coaching cadets.

The foundational principle for We Should All Be Millionaires and this program is that women and all marginalized people should build wealth and gain economic power.

The premise of my business is to help everyone who believes the above is true no matter what they look like or where they come from.

One of my graduation requirements is to have 20 sessions with current or aspiring entrepreneurs using the Hello 7 methods and tools.

Strategy is a word that is ubiquitous but rarely understood.

Developing a useful strategy can confound even the most seasoned entrepreneurs and tenured executives. Because strategy is not an equation to be solved or widgets to be counted, it can feel elusive and hard to grasp, however, as this picture illustrates.

Strategy is nothing more than looking and identifying a beautiful and exciting destination in the distance and determining a specific set of moves to get you there. Now and then on your journey, if you are wise, you will stop and evaluate if, based on the present conditions (not the conditions with which we initially set out), you should continue with the next few steps or determine new ones.

So, in sum, strategy is identifying your destination, determining the most critical steps to get there in the most efficient and impactful way possible, and pausing to reevaluate along the way.

I love strategy, and I equally love ex*****on. Based on several assessments, I am equally left and right-brained.

Have you ever heard someone say something to you that was so powerful in its simplicity that it stuck with you?

This happened to me this morning at the gym. I go to a very special gym. It's run by a non-profit and its mission is to provide personalized coaching, community-driven fitness for all. To that end, everyone from all walks of life is encouraged to join and more importantly is welcomed, acknowledged, included, and treated with respect.

Everyone has their own station for their one-hour workout. You choose any station and start your workout so you could be next to anyone on any given day or time. That's the idea. To talk to everyone in our community. Cheer them on and even help them out. Wow! What a novel idea.
