A bone-headed move on my part produced a wicked "outie" dent on the trunk of my wife's Mercedes. Insult to injury followed when it I took it to a high-end paint and body repair shop and was told since it was an "outie" instead of the typical "innie" I would probably have to have it repaired and repainted. I really didn't want to go that route and they said to give Hayes a call, but don't expect miracles. Guess what? Hayes performed the unlikely feat and saved me a considerable amount of money, but more importantly "my bacon". Can't say enough good things about the whole experience!
