I remember this exact moment- this picture was a photo of resilience.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I had crawled to Memphis with my fresh microlinks and I was so depressed because of my failed business but I wanted to fight.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Christmas before this I had just spoiled my mama with some Christian Louboutin’s and a new purse and I felt like my one gift just was failing her.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I take Christmas so serious y’all 🤣
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But it was this moment on the coach the day after Christmas where I decided to push through and stop feeling sorry for myself and start to actually make something shake.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I sat there just like that made a bundle of my previous products called it $20k in 2020 recorded me an ad JUST LIKE THIS in the same place on the couch and started this journey.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In FOUR days I did $7k.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m telling you this because SOMEONE out there is loosing their fight. Somebody is begging God to please take them off the strongest soldier list and I’m telling you the lessons are in the storms.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I know what I ask God he has to prepare me for. I know that I pray for more influence and to touch more lives maybe one day may have to bring me to my knees publicaly.

But I know he got MY BACK and yours.

So this is one of the reasons why Christmas is so special to me. I love giving but it’s also the PRELUDE for the rebirth. So December 15-17 in Atlanta GA we’re having a GHETTO CEO LIVE! Weekend and it’s about to be celebration of the century.

This is what Depression Looks Like ... FINE AF - but I was SO SAD.

This was January 2022 coming out of the longest months of my life.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In November I was pregnant and so excited - by December I was not and my world had turned upside TF down.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I can't lie ... It shook me to my core and triggered a domino effect, my relationship with my boyfriend became strained because of his own issues, but he's NOT just my man he's my best friend.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So now I don't even have my best friend to talk to... But it didn't stop there. For the last 3 months, I was experiencing HELL in my business. My staff I once was excited to see was not only turning against me but also the business.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Everybody had to go.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I had to fire a staff of 10 which even included a best friend of mine it was crazy. Oh but I still had a business to run.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I still had to work and coach and be happy but I was suffering.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
While my miscarriage was "processing" I literally was on a coaching call at the LOCKDOWN. I literally LEFT in the middle of the call - rushed to the hospital because I was in uncontrolled pain and was rushed into emergency surgery because I was losing too much blood.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fast forward to now, I know for the last 2 years, I've been in a spiritual battle on behalf of the faith-based entrepreneurs that God set me on this earth to serve... and I want to encourage you that it MAY feel like HELL, but he just had to send you to hell to grab the keys!

TRANSPARENCY POST : I hate the internet sometimes.

The last few months, I’ve been on this weight loss journey and I've seen more people on IG that are doctors than I ever have seen before.

Please stop telling people going through this journey how to choose their path. Weight loss drugs, surgery, working out whatever!

It’s their choice.

Agree or disagree you don’t know the full story.

I’ve been on a diet since I was 8 years old.

I remember when they lined all of us up in the class and took us to the nurse and everyone had to get weighed I didn’t think anything afterward and my weight was so much larger than everyone else’s.

It was like a glass busted and I could finally see so I started to become subconscious. But if I was just funnier and friends with everyone it wouldn’t matter.

I’ve never had a problem with my size I’ve always been super confident — but honestly, I wanted to gain more discipline in another area outside of work. But the same way I've been doing it for the last few years just wasn't working.

I would work out for months and legit see no results.

But I realized I had a real fear of the gym — like I hated going because in my mind I was determined to get through the workout but my body would be telling on me 🤣

I’m breathing all hard and s**t can’t catch my breath I’m like bih you are betraying me. 🤣 So I would be embarrassed.

But I had to overcome that fear to keep going. To push through.

People make assumptions that because you’re bigger you don’t eat well or you don’t work out — and I did BOTH, I CURRENTLY DO BOTH

I say all of this to say. Mind your business. Eat your food. And keep your advice to yourself 🤣
