Easy Elderberry Syrup Recipe
You’ve probably heard about elderberry and lots of immune boosting benefits, but the main comes in to play around the cold & flu season because many people use this to prevent and combat those symptoms.
You can get it at the grocery store but it’s so easy to make it at home so I suggest you try!
🍯 1 cup dried elderberry
🍯 1 stick of cinnamon
🍯 1 k**b of ginger
🍯 4 cloves (optional)
💦 1 cup of filter water
*Let that boil 30 mins*
Strain and add 🍯 1 cup raw honey
It stores in the fridge 6 months
It lasts even longer in the freezer.
During cold and flu season:
1 tablespoon every day for adults or 2-3x day if sick
1 teaspoon every day for kids or 2-3x a day if sick
Children love this stuff
🤫 and when you make it yourself it’s not full of preservatives!!
