Still hold true in 2023… It’s been about a decade of this, even prior to my husband’s passing! Contrary to a small group’s opinion, I’ve BEEN about this life!
For the last five years, for every concert ticket I’ve ever purchased for myself, I’ve shared a concert ticket with someone else; often times, multiple tickets. It’s one of the ways I give back. Tonight is one of those nights.
Thanks to The Michael-Anthony Foundation and HusBoo 😍, 5 people are attending tonight’s Janet Jackson concert on us.
To sum up our mission in just a few words, that would be: free first passports, free concerts and eduction scholarships for those that meet a few simple requirements. Travel and live music bring me so much joy but we realize, sometimes a concert ticket is a luxury - much less, a trip out the country. We are committed to making that joy, often that luxury accessible to others. I have a lot of work to do, even money to raise to ensure our goals happen, but Trust, we’re well on our way. We’ve hit the ground running and I’m just getting started.
