Ina Cushman served as Speaker of the House of Delegates in the AAPA and also as President (2002-2003). During her presidency, she represented 110,000 PAs by testifying in front of Congress to ensure that patients were receiving the highest quality of healthcare. She also spent time working behind the scenes to facilitate conversations that advanced the efforts of AAPA to work more effectively with the other PA national organizations.
